Have you ever thought why we are being tested? Or perhaps, why do we go through hardships? The answer to this is that Allah loves us. It has been said in [Tarmizi] that, if Allah loves a servant, He tests them with hardships. And it is in our hands whether we pass this test or fail this test. It really, is up to us. Basically, through this trial, Allah tests our patience to know how patient we are in dealing with the affairs of the dunya.
As for myself, I was supposed to get married today but I am not bcs of covid and MCO 2.0 happened again and life force me to push it back a bit later. I wouldnt want things to be any different. Of course I cried but I believe everything happens for a reason. Today's bittersweet to me bcs I am ready to start a new life with someone that I love the most. However, it is okay bcs eventually I will still understand that special day will come for me and him when its time.
And you know, I dont really mind that it had to be postpone again bcs I know there are way more important thing happening in the world right now. I also want to take the opportunity to reflect on myself. Presumably, I think I am ready to get married, but Allah is far more aware of the fact that I am still not ready. He knows while we not. There may be one or two things that I overlooked about myself, my intentions, my worship, my prayers and I should fix it.
I know my relationship with my fiance is strong. We can only pray for the best. May Allah continue to marry us in this world and the hereafter. I love my fiance too much. May Allah always be with us and protect us all. Aamin. We plan and Allah also plan. Indeed Allah's plan is better than we expected.
"What is meant for you, will reach you even if it is beneath two mountains. And what isn't meant for you, wont reach you even if it is between your two lips"
I believe Allah's plan is beautiful. Time will tell, In shaa Allah.
